independent facilitation (holistic life planning)

What can I do for you today?

Accessible counseling

“The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition”

– World Health Organization, 2017

Everyone deserves access to high-quality, respectful mental health care that adapts to our unique needs. Whether it’s extra reminders for appointments, integrating with an established care team, or taking in a person’s self-expression through an AAC system, I’m excited to support whatever you or your loved ones need to thrive emotionally.

The sun setting through a dense forest.
Wind turbines standing on a grassy plain, against a blue sky.
The sun shining over a ridge leading down into the shore. In the distance, a car drives down a road.

In the list of available appointment types, please select ‘Life Coaching’

May be covered through Passport One or SSAH (Special Services At Home) under ‘life skills training’ or ‘Independent Facilitation’
